What is the status of my order?

My order is in transit. When can I expect it?
Please check the shipping & deliveries table that we prepared, because tracking links usually doesn't provide exact delivery date for international shippings.
Can I speed up the processing and/or delivery?
Usually, the only way to speed up the delivery, is to get expedited courier shipping, which is extra paid. Also, please make sure you provided a correct shipping address and phone number (if there was a courier shipping selected) and don't hesitate to contact us if you notice that something is not clear. The main reason of late-delivery is the mistake in the shipping address.
Can I change my delivery address?
As long as the order is not shipped yet, we can change the shipping address. Please provide a new one via contact form and we'll take care of the updates for you :)
Can I change details of my order (design/device)?
Sure :) Please provide more details in the contact form. It's best to make changes within no later than 24 hours since the order is placed. Otherwise we risk that your product is already prepared and we have to make it once again.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
That depends on the shipping method and your region. More details here.

It's Anna here, no worries at all! :) Just drop me a line that something like this happened, and if you plan further travels then let me know when you'll be back. I will check the status of your package and arrange a free reshipping. Also, if you changed your shipping address, please let me know about that so I'll make a new shipping label.

How much time Encore skin will last?
Most of our customers says that it's a lifetime of the laptop but they usually change the skin because of their changed needs after the time. Technically, it's possible to keep the skin for years. Skins are UV printed so there is barely any risk of wearing off the print. The adhesive layer - as long as applied on clean surface - will be trustworthy as well.
How to apply Encore skin?
It's super easy, with multiple trials possible, and all tools + cleaning wipe are included in the package. Feel free to check the application tutorial video. In the package we also attach a short visual tutorial. You won't stretch the skin - as in the case with standard 3M skins, and you can keep the backing paper for future skin storage off the device (for example when the laptop needs to be repaired).
Is it easy to remove the skin?
Yes! We designed Encore skins with ease-of-use in mind. The skin can be applied and reapplied many times, without forcing anything or stretching the skin (as is the case with all generic - mostly 3M - vinyl skins). Just lever the skin from one side and pull slowly.
Are Encore skins safe for me and my device?
Absolutely! They are fully removable and don't leave any residue. They also don't overheat your device. For your safety, we use certified UV print (GreenGuard GOLD certificate for use in hospitals). Skins are manufactured in European Union by small, family printing house, using only what's the best.
I see everything is for MacBooks. Do you make skins for other laptops too?
Sure! At the moment, skins for other devices are available in this category :)

How long does it take to deliver to my country?

Do you ship to my country?
We directly ship to the US, UK, all EU countries, Japan, Singapore, Switzerland and Iceland. Currently we don't ship to Canada, Australia and New Zealand, but please check current availability in the checkout.
Can I return the product if I don't like it?
Yes, you can return a product you don't like, on your expense, for a full refund. Please check details here.
