My order is in transit. When will it arrive?

shipping & deliveries table for estimated delivery times. International tracking links often don’t provide exact delivery dates.
Can I speed up processing or delivery?
Expedited courier shipping (available at an extra cost) is the best way to speed up delivery. Make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct, especially for courier shipments. Address errors are the most common cause of delays.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address for you. Just send us the new details via our
contact form.
Can I change details of my order (design/device)?
Yes! Let us know through our contact form within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, your skin may already be in production.
How long does delivery take?

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
First, check if the estimated delivery window has passed. If it has and your order still hasn’t arrived, contact us—we’re happy to help!
I missed my delivery while on holiday. Can you help?
No worries! Let us know when you’ll be back, and we’ll check your package status and arrange a free reshipment. If your address has changed, please update us so we can create a new shipping label.
