Can I speed up processing or delivery?
Expedited courier shipping (available at an extra cost) is the best way to speed up delivery. Make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct, especially for courier shipments. Address errors are the most common cause of delays.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address for you. Just send us the new details via our contact form.
Can I change details of my order (design/device)?
Yes! Let us know through our contact form within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, your skin may already be in production.

First, check if the estimated delivery window has passed. If it has and your order still hasn’t arrived, contact us—we’re happy to help!
I missed my delivery while on holiday. Can you help?
No worries! Let us know when you’ll be back, and we’ll check your package status and arrange a free reshipment. If your address has changed, please update us so we can create a new shipping label.

How long do Encore Skins last?
Most customers use their Encore Skin for the lifetime of their laptop, though some switch designs over time. Thanks to UV printing, the design won’t wear off, and the adhesive remains strong as long as it’s applied to a clean surface.
How do I apply an Encore Skin?
It’s easy! Our skins allow for multiple application attempts, and every order includes all necessary tools plus a cleaning wipe. Check out our application tutorial. Unlike traditional vinyl skins, Encore Skins won’t stretch during application, and you can store them on the original backing paper when not in use.
Can I remove and reapply my Encore Skin?
Absolutely! Encore Skins are designed for easy removal and reapplication—without stretching, residue, or damage. Simply lift one edge and peel off slowly.
Are Encore Skins safe for my laptop?
Yes! Our skins are fully removable, leave no residue, and do not affect laptop cooling. We use certified UV prints with GreenGuard GOLD certification (safe for hospitals!). Plus, our skins are manufactured in the EU in a small, family-run facility.
Do you make skins for non-MacBook laptops?
Yes! Custom skins for other laptops are available in this category.

We ship to the US, UK, EU countries, Japan, Singapore, Switzerland, and Iceland. At this time, we do not ship to Canada, Australia, or New Zealand. Check availability at checkout for updates.
